Terms of use
A clear scope for learning and using the tools.
Effective November 5, 2026. Entrepreneurship Basics is an educational publication maintained by Diogo Tibiriçá. These terms describe the intended use of this edition.
Educational purpose
The content and tools support general learning and planning. They do not provide personalized legal, tax, investment, credit, or accounting advice, determine eligibility for a program, or recommend leaving employment. Examples are hypothetical unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Your assumptions and decisions
Calculations depend on the values you enter and on the model’s stated exclusions. The Numbers Lab is a simplified single-product operating model, not a cash-flow forecast or accounting statement. The canvas does not measure success probability. Check material calculations, capacity, local requirements, and contractual obligations before acting.
Your files and work
You may use the tools and print or download your own completed worksheets for personal or internal business planning. You retain rights you hold in your own entries. No account or purchase is required. You are responsible for protecting saved files and for obtaining permission to use any information you enter.
Site material and sources
Original site text, interface, and illustrations belong to the publisher. You may link to the pages and quote reasonable short excerpts with attribution subject to applicable law. Do not present the publication as your own or imply endorsement. Cited external material remains subject to its own rights and terms.
Availability and accuracy
Resources can contain errors, become outdated, or be interrupted. We do not guarantee business outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular decision. Save a local backup of work you want to keep. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Responsible use
Use the site lawfully, respect others’ rights, and do not attempt to interfere with its operation. External resources are provided for reference and are outside our control. Material changes to tool behavior or commercial services should be accompanied by revised terms and policies.
