Editorial policy & corrections
Clear assumptions. Checkable sources. Useful limits.
How we choose and write guides
We prioritize questions that help a beginner make a concrete decision. Each guide aims to provide a direct answer, an original example, a next action, and sources for the definitions or methods it relies on. Historical URLs may be retained when the new guide answers the same intent; that does not imply historical traffic or endorsement.
Sources and examples
We prefer official public resources and educational primary publishers. A source link supports the associated method or definition, not every sentence on the page. Consultation dates identify when sources were checked; they do not make every fact permanent.
Examples and exercises are original and hypothetical unless identified otherwise. We do not manufacture customer outcomes, expert credentials, testimonials, usage statistics, or research results. Definitions can differ between frameworks, industries, and countries; those differences are stated when relevant.
Illustrative images
Some editorial scenes are generated with AI and identified in their captions. People, settings, and activities in those illustrations are fictional. They are not photographs of interviews conducted by this publication, customer testimonials, observed results, or documentary evidence. Our conceptual diagrams and worksheets explain their own examples; an illustration is not used as a source for a factual claim.
AI assistance and accountability
AI assists research, drafting, coding, and checking. The publisher remains responsible for what is published. AI-generated statements are not treated as sources. Calculations are checked against known cases, and tool behavior is tested in a browser before release.
Changes and corrections
Material corrections should update the affected text and its modification date, with the reason recorded in the project’s decision log. A routine wording change should not be presented as fresh research. Sources and tools should be rechecked when their underlying facts or behavior change.
A public corrections inbox is not yet configured. This limitation is stated openly rather than offering a form that does not deliver messages. Tool fields are private working fields, not a contact channel.
Commercial independence
This edition has no paid placements, advertisements, affiliate links, checkout, or newsletter signup. If a commercial relationship is introduced later, relevant pages and policies must disclose it clearly. A citation is a reference, not an endorsement or a financial relationship.
Scope
The resources provide general education. They do not establish legal compliance, tax treatment, credit eligibility, investment merit, or the suitability of a career decision. Use the appropriate official local source and a qualified professional when your decision requires one.
